PLC Input Output Connections instructions

1.before connecting plc to power input, Read the plc input power rating then connect plc to power terminal +ve to +ve and -ve , to -ve negative, some plc input power is given 230v Ac input to mention line and neutral..

2.when plc is ON, the program code upload to the plc using plc programming cable or USB and another driver to install properly to upload and download code without any error.

3.connect button/sensor/any input types switch to the plc input side with the -ve,to -ve terminal and +ve to +ve terminal connect.

4.verify output connection types is PNP or NPN

5.output side first connect relay to check the output is working as per your logic then connect hardware ton output because they are more expensive .
